Head of Sales & Partnerships
Overview
Bordeaux & Burgundy is seeking a dynamic Head of Sales & Partnerships to drive our agency's growth by forging and nurturing strategic relationships. This pivotal role focuses on securing long-term, meaningful partnerships to expand our global service offerings in the B2B SaaS sector.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and partnership strategy aligned with our agency's objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Partnership Development:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements that enhance our service offerings and market presence.
Innovation & Execution:
- Oversee the design, testing, and deployment of AI-driven tools and platforms, including predictive analytics, customer segmentation, and automation systems.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and best practices to continuously innovate our service offerings.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and operations, to ensure alignment and execution of partnership initiatives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales and partnerships team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Performance Monitoring:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales and partnership efforts.
- Regularly analyze performance data to inform strategy adjustments and report outcomes to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years in sales and partnership roles within the B2B SaaS or marketing agency sectors.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies and partnership programs.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools.
